Who are the HR Portal team?
We are a team of experienced HR professionals, each with qualifications in Human Resources gained through Australian Universities and TAFE’s. We are headquartered in Perth, and our team are located in various states across the country. We are real people providing real advice – we don’t rely on AI bots to give you answers. Everything you see on The HR Portal is written or made by us.
When we’re not working on The HR Portal, we’re providing tailored HR advice to businesses through the Life at Work team. Our Life at Work founder started The HR Portal after recognising that many start-ups and small businesses are creating contracts or HR practices that aren’t fit for purpose, meaning onerous rework later down the track once their business has scaled. We wanted to get ahead of the problem, providing a cost-effective solution to businesses that they can trust and rely on.
